Gorgosaurus libratus

"Judith"

Gorgosaurus was a Late Cretaceous dinosaur that grew to lengths of 30 feet. Its bones have been discovered in an area known as the Judith River formation, roughly Southern Alberta to Southern Montana in rocks about 75 million years old. It is a lightly built cousin of the famous Tyrannosaurus rex. New studies indicate that it may have lived in family groups and hunted in packs; a terrifying prospect for wandering ceratopsians or hadrosaurs.

This piece depicts a full grown individual leaning into a turn while racing across a mudflat.

The solid resin kit comes in eight pieces. It is 19 1/2" long which is roughly 1/18th or 1/20th scale.

The kit sells for $130.00 plus $7.00 for s/h.
